After a successful real estate experience in Paris sales market gained while working for a very well established agency in central Paris in 1999 ( Etude Caraudrey ) and then for a cutting-edge real estate fast growing start up ( Accentim ), Gilles Martinetti came to London in 2005 for personal motives. He wanted to take advantage of this fabulous opportunity by setting up his own real estate business with focus on the Paris international buyer market. Having consulted with Anne Marie Martinetti, ICH graduate in 1983 - who worked for reputable banks specialising in financing property developers and then running her own real estate agency in Nice on the French Riviera, he has decided to establish PAris PAssion properTY - Papaty SARL , with objective to provide services tailored to the international buyers' demand. Ever since he has had an opportunity to work for antique dealers, a top finance city executive ( in the Sunday Times Rich list ), a reputable art dealer, a Cambridge researcher, and other international buyers of very different backgrounds.
Our real estate background and desire to make the most for our clients enable us to find the best properties and ensure our clients a secure transaction that involves a major financial commitment, and which means most of the time the achievement of a dream. We take it very personal, that's why we always try to establish a close relationship and listen carefully our clients who all have a unique history and therefore have specific requirements in terms of living and expectations.
