Job description:
We provide you with retained clients looking to buy, properties to sell both bringing high commissions, luxury villas to let on a very short let basis bringing regular commissions that can even provide substantial incomes if well handled.
You must be flexible, independent, confident to deal with high profile clients, fluent in English and French, other languages a plus.
You should have an experience in the real estate industry. You must have achieved good results in your past experience, have a professional and can-do attitude, be solution oriented, and focused on results.
The job will involve dealing with owners, landlords, buyers, holidaymakers, showing properties around, negotiating and closing deals, finding properties, finding international buyers in addition to the portfolio that we provide you with to get started.
The commissions you should be able to achieve per annum can be from Euro 30,000 to 100,000 if you excel, and whether you work part-time or full time.
We hold 'carte professionnelle' fully registered, have caisse de garantie and assurance responsabilité mandatory to operate in the real estate industry.
